or bath in full color before you start demolition!

We provide three types of plans:  
1) Basic Plan        2) Premium Plan        3) Contractor Plan

Basic Plan:         $95.00 per hour.
This plan includes home visitation with 1 hr. of consultation.

Premium Plan:  $195.00
This plan includes 1 hr. of home consultation, floor plan and renderings with elevations.
To make changes to original plans, a $50.00 fee will apply.

Contractor Plan:$75.00 per design
If you already have measurements of your kitchen and only need a drawing of floor plan
and renderings.

Kitchen & Bath Designs and Insights with very competitive designs fee.
We deliver complete detail plans, elevations and perspective.



























Kitchen Design Consultation & Estimate:  
  •         Design consultation (theme concept, functionality, budget and project time line.)
  •         Detail field measurements
  •         Drawing plans (floor plan, elevations, and perspectives.)
  •         Design presentation (design presentation, scope of work, material selection)
               ** Design fees will be base on kitchen Linear ft. staring at $125.00 (24 lf.)and up **

Bathroom Design Concept :
  •        Design consultation (theme concept, functionality, budget and project time line.)
  •         Detail field measurements
  •         Drawing plans (floor plan, elevations, and perspectives.)
  •         Design presentation (design presentation, scope of work, material selection)
               ** Design fees will be base on bathroom sqft. staring at $175.00(small size) and up **

Free Kitchen Estimates
Our Free kitchen estimates are based on the linear footage of your kitchen
space. It will provide you with a ball park idea of cost, project time frame,
as well as available product options based on your budget.
** Please not that Free Estimates does not include design consultations at the time of our
visit. If you wish to have an estimate with design consultation and design layout please
select as an option the Kitchen Design Consultation & Estimate.**
